Since the 21 st century,the industrial structure of the global economy has been gradually transformed from "Industrial Economy" to "Service Economy".In 2019,The service industry,has greatly driven China's economy forward,and its contribution ratio to GDP has been increasing dramatically.Meanwhile,with economic integration,the demand for language services has been greatly increased,thus a certain market scale has been formed.The penetration between the language service industry and other industries has also been gradually deepened,and overlapping areas of both industries have been enlarged.In such a complex economic external and internal environment,language service enterprises should not only adapt to the changing external environment,but also maintain a steady pace of sustainable development.Strengthening the corporate culture has become an inevitable choice for language service enterprises.A well-formed corporate culture can gather powers from within and generate strong core values so as to expand the brand influence and enhance core competitiveness.It can be seen that the construction of corporate culture has far-reaching significance for the future development of the language service industry.This thesis takes TS Corporation,the largest language service enterprise in China as the research object,based on Denison Organizational Culture Model,and interviews data supported by TS Corporation's employees.It is found that the communication training evaluation system and subculture integration in TS corporation's current corporate culture system need to be optimized and updated.Eventually,it will help TS Corporation develop healthily and maintain its leading position in the industry.The diagnosis and optimization of the corporate culture of TS corporation not only contributes to the development of TS corporation itself,but also plays a positive role in other language service enterprises,thus providing a reference for the subsequent research on the corporate culture of language service industry in the future.
