Based on the teaching content,the theme-based teaching mode combines the content and expression organically,so that learners can learn knowledge in a meaningful context.It has the advantage of stimulating students’ interest and improving teaching effect.Oral Chinese class can improve students’ communicative competence.Therefore,the author combines theme-based teaching mode,oral English class and zero-based young Chinese learners.Based on the author’s internship school Phadungvit School,this teaching practice is used as an opportunity to test the scientificity and feasibility of the oral teaching class under the theme teaching mode.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter,"Introduction",mainly explains the reason and significance of the topic selection,introduces the current research situation related to this topic,and explains the feasibility of implementing " the oral Chinese class under theme-based teaching mode" at Phadungvit School in Thailand and the research method of this topic.The second chapter,"Thematic Features of the Theme-based Teaching Mode",distinguishes the difference between "theme" and "topic",and focuses on the concept of the theme-based teaching model and its theoretical basis.In the third chapter,"The Comparative Experiment between The Traditional Oral English Teaching Mode and The Theme-based Teaching Mode",the author compares the oral Chinese class under the traditional teaching mode and the theme-based teaching mode,and designs a comparative experiment aiming at the teaching effect of the oral Chinese class under the two teaching modes.The fourth chapter " Oral Chinese Teaching Design based on Theme-based Teaching Mode",the author will elaborate on the teaching process of oral Chinese teaching under the theme-based teaching mode from the following four parts: the pre-teaching preparation,teaching implementation under the theme-based teaching mode,practicing stage and output stage of new language knowledge.After analyzing the current Chinese teaching situation of the school and the learning characteristics of Thai children,the specific theme selection,theme activity form and output content will also be shown in this chapter.The fifth chapter,"Teaching Case",shows the specific teaching design of "self-introduction" oral Chinese class under the guidance of theme-based teaching mode.The sixth chapter,"Teaching Practice and Reflection",first analyzes the results of the oral Chinese test,and then summarizes the shortcomings and improvement measures of oral Chinese class under the Theme-based teaching mode according to the author’s teaching practice.The seventh chapter,"Conclusion",summarizes the main content and research conclusions of this paper and explains the shortcomings of the paper.
