As a result of China's development in economy, politics and culture, more and more foreigners begin to learn Chinese. Recent years, many Korean enterprises opened branch companies in China. Set Xi'an as an example, Samsung has built in south surburb Xi'an a Samsung city, where many Korean came here looking for new chances. under this circumstance, one-to-one Chinese teaching mode has become top choice for Korean learning Chinese. Comparing to traditional teaching mode, this one-to-one way has many advantages as well as aspects to be improved. Through observation, investigation, comparison and consultation, author has analyzed and studied this teaching mode mainly based one teaching practice in this paper. Through practice, author realized the importance of professional knowledge and flexibility, and that teaching plan should be comprehensive, and that it is better for teachers to master Korean. Author hopes this paper could be an inspiration and a mirror for Chinese teachers for foreigners new to this industry. Of course, research and thinking of every teacher in this career is needed for the development of teaching mode.
