With the gradual transition of floating population from single migration to family migration,many migrant children have joined the wave of population migration.According to the latest "China's floating population development report" issued by the National Health Commission,the number of migrant children in China has reached 35 million by the end of 2018.With the increasing number of migrant children,the psychological problems of migrant children have gradually entered the public's vision.Childhood is a critical period for one's physical and mental growth and socialization.During this period,children will not only develop their own way of looking at and understanding society,but also form their own unique values and outlook on life.The change and inadaptability of the environment can easily lead to some related psychological problems for migrant children.The intervention of social work can pertinently intervene in the psychological problems of urban migrant children,tap favorable resources for the improvement of migrant children's mental health level,promote migrant children's mental health,and then promote family harmony and social stability of migrant children.In this study,10 migrant children from Z community M school in Tianxin District of Changsha City were selected as the research objects of group social work.Document analysis and questionnaire survey were the main methods and empirical research were supplemented.Combining with the characteristics of migrant children,the related theories of psychology,sociology and social work were synthesized from the macro perspective.The causes of migrant children's psychological problems and the specific feasible strategies of social work intervention on migrant children'spsychological problems are explored from three levels: meso-level and micro-level.In this study,case work involves case A and case B from six parts:case acceptance,professional relationship establishment,case owner problem prediction,service plan formulation,service intervention process,effect evaluation and case closure,in which case A has achieved remarkable results through scientific intervention by social workers;while the social work group carried out by book as the media,and social ecology.On the basis of system theory and personality development theory,six activities have been carried out for migrant children in Z community,namely,seeing at first sight,talking and knowing at leisure,talking in detail,listening to the stars,listening to them,reading in groups early,reading diligently,writing Spring Yang,stating,going out of Yangguan in the west,closing and so on.Finally,the group social work has been proved by means of scale measurement and realistic observation.Effectiveness of intervention in psychological problems of migrant children.
