| In order to adapt to the requirements of the national basic education reform and development,China has been built into a strong education country and a talented country.After the engineering professional certification,the state has begun to promote professional certification.Geography education is related to the geography literacy of the whole people.Geography teacher education lays the foundation for geography education.Geography teachers’ mastery of teaching skills is one of the key factors affecting the quality of geography education.Understanding the mastery of the geography teacher’s mastery of education and teaching skills is conducive to the rational adjustment of the training plan of the geography teacher professional colleges,and the cultivation of a geography teacher with a solid foundation,skilled skills,broad vision,advanced ideas,and education,which is conducive to the development of the country.High-quality teachers with social needs.Interpretation of the graduation requirements of the teacher’s professional certification standard(II)by consulting the literature,interviewing experts,training and learning;and taking the questionnaire of the geography science professional students(including previous graduates and seniors)in a provincial teacher’s college as a questionnaire The respondents analyzed the status quo of the geography science major and the graduation requirements of the national teacher professional certification standards,searched for the gap,and then proposed corresponding improvement suggestions from different levels and different angles.Through the above research methods and research content,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The graduation requirements of the Teacher Professional Certification Standard(II)require eight requirements in the four aspects of practicing teacher morality,learning teaching,learning to educate people,and learning to develop.The school’s geography science major is based on eight requirements.Decompose 26 indicators,each of which stipulates the corresponding curriculum and the level of the level that students should reach when they graduate.The indicators are designed reasonably and practically.(2)The current curriculum of the geography science major in the school is 12.66%,59.49%,16.46%,11.39% in terms of teacher morality,teaching,education and development,although it satisfies the teaching of geography in middle school.There is a lack of requirements for the teaching ability of students,but there is a lack of development in the personal learning of the normal students in the national level II certification standards.(3)In the practice of teachers’ morality,89.93% of the respondents have the correct values and can achieve the talents of the people;in the teaching of learning,99.32% of the respondents have higher academic quality and strong teaching ability.In the aspect of learning to educate,68.45% of the respondents can better combine the geographical features to carry out the educational activities in the subject teaching;in the development of the society,97.99% of the respondents can scientifically conduct themselves.Diagnose,actively communicate with others and integrate into teaching practice.(4)The geography science teacher’s major in the school is still not perfect in terms of training mode,hardware facilities,teaching system,teacher equipment,and educational practice.In the future,it is necessary to add training mode and practice mode,external support and hardware support,and discipline construction.Great efforts,and help geographers to establish a correct view of learning and career,and gradually improve the education and teaching ability of geography teachers. |
