Adolescent Left-behind Children Sexual Abuse Risk Perception Research

Children sexual abuse is one of the most serious public health problem in the world,and it's a direct impact on the healthy growth of children and family happiness.As the high-risk groups,adolescent left-behind children how to recognize and prevent children sexual abuse risk is particularly important and urgent.For children sexual abuse,however,risk research focuses on the objective existence of sexual abuse risk factors,neglected children as subjectivity of risk-drivers,temporarily not seen from the risk perception on adolescent left-behind children sexual abuse risk problem of empirical research.Therefore,in adolescent children sexual abuse of risk perception scale,and focused on the application research of adolescent left-behind children undoubtedly has important theoretical significance and practical value.This research includes three parts:(1)is the adolescent children sexual abuse risk perception structure and the questionnaire.Through literature research,individual interview 150 participants by open investigation,to collect of the children sexual abuse by 12 typical risk events,and clear the subjective risk characteristics of the adolescent children;(2)Through a preliminary survey of 477 participants and 1241 participants of a formal investigation,established the structure of adolescent children sexual abuse risk perception,formation of adolescent children sexual abuse risk perception scale;Second is useing the self-made adolescent children sexual abuse risk perception scale to exam adolescent left-behind children to do present situation investigation;(3)it is discussed the relationship between the adolescent left-behind children sexual abuse risk perception and parent-teen sex communication style,peer sex communication,the teenage sex psychological health.Under the condition of this research,our get the following conclusions:(1)The structure of adolescent children sexual abuse risk perception is by four dimensions of possibility,impact,controllable and severity.Strangers on the basis of establishment of adolescent children_non-contact sexual abuse risk perception scale,adolescent child sexual abuse stranger_exposure risk perception scale,adolescent risk perception scale acquaintances_non-contact sexual abuse children and adolescence children acquaintances_contact sexual risk perception scale are reliability and validity of reached the requirements of psychometrics,can be used as a tool for further research.(2)Adolescent left-behind children sexual abuse risk perception of the overall level is low,mainly for adolescent left-behind children on sexual abuse risk occurrence probability estimation is very low,the influence of the risk of sexual abuse sex low estimate,the risk of sexual abuse,the controllability of estimation on the high side,the consequences of the seriousness of sexual abuse risk estimation is very high.At the same time,the adolescent left-behind children of child sexual abuse from strangers risk perception than child sexual abuse from acquaintances risk perception.(3)Adolescent left-behind children sexual abuse risk perception exist significant differences in gender,grade,namely left-behind girls' puberty sexual abuse,acquaintances risk perception of strangers than stay boy,acquaintance of sexual abuse in adolescence left-behind children grade seven risk perception than eight,nine,the high grade;But no significant difference on whether boarding.In addition,parents outdoor-workers adolescence left-behind children than in those left-behind children perceive the possibility of more sexual abuse risk occurs.(4)In 694 adolescent left-behind children subjective risk characteristics of the distribution: in terms of the overall level of left-behind children in puberty(stranger,acquaintances)contact sexual abuse event risk perception than(stranger,acquaintance)non-contact sexual abuse is higher.1241 adolescent sexual abuse of children in the risk of "cognitive map" : on the contrast,the lighter the degree of sexual abuse,the participants' risk awareness is weak,the degree of sexual abuse of medium,the subjects of general strong risk awareness,and the degree of sexual abuse,the more risk perception that subjects.(5)Adolescent left-behind children sexual abuse risk perception(stranger,acquaintance)associated with parent-child sex was not significant,the objective knowledge(including the possibility,impact resistance,the consequences severity)with peers sex,sex was significantly positively related to mental health.And adolescent peer sexual topics of left-behind children in a stranger,acquaintance of sexual abuse risk perception of objective knowledge and sex completely intermediary role between mental health.
