The rise of non-profit organizations is the inevitable result of social contradictions in Taiwan,Rising from the suppression of political authority,competing to common governance process.It is important foundation for performing arts groups development.Operation difficulty is the common problem facing all the performing arts groups,So they need sponsorship of the government,enterprises and individuals.construction of market main body though Non-profit organization is important experience for development of performing arts groups in Taiwan.Through policy and regulations Taiwan established non-profit performing arts groups,with preferential policies of related tax,and improved the mechanism of the grant.Through various forms of performing,arts groups were given grants.As a result sources of fund was expanded for the performing arts groups,and it is good for the sustainable development of performing arts groups.Throughout reform process in mainland China,performing of arts groups have made certain achievements.But it has show the limitation of single institutional system or profitable enterprise system.Experience of performing arts groups with non-profit organization system in Taiwan,can promote the systemand mechanism innovation for performing arts groups in mainland China.
