With the continuous development and evolution of the field of culture and art,competition in the art market has been intensified.The pure state-owned art museum has received strong impact from the western art circles.In the face of the increasing ideological and cultural demands,the state-owned art museums have been unable to meet the national demand.,China's cultural and artistic industry model more and more in line with international standards and assimilation,the development of contemporary art model has gradually diversified,private non-profit art galleries such as mushrooming developed.In this paper,the concept and definition of non-profit organization(NPO)are taken as the divergent point in the paper.The non-profit(NPO)is analyzed by using the Chinese private art museum: UCCA,MoMA.Institutional history,institutional structure and operational model.However,at the same time,we should also see that,in contemporary China,although the existence and development of private non-profit art museum,but has been in the cracks in the difficult survival of the state,copy the Western art institutions thinking and operating model to some extent It can promote the development of culture and art in our country,but at present our country's political system and national conditions have led to the Western non-profit art institutions operating mode in China to develop into a dilemma and stretched state.Based on the analysis of the differences between the compassionate system of Chinese and western institutions and the present situation of non-profit art institutions,this study explores and learns the reason why the non-profit art institutions in the West can persist in the reason and the law of development,and thus the Chinese non-profit art institutions Future and development path of analysis and outlook.
