The Study On The Names Of Mongolian Students In Inner Mongolia University

By using statistical and comparative methods,this paper takes the names of Mongolian students collected from the Student Archives of Inner Mongolia University as an example to study the naming characteristics of Mongolian students enrolled during 1957-2016,the relationship between names and natural and social environment,the etymological characteristics,structural characteristics and meaning characteristics of names in different times and regions.The whole paper consists of seven parts: introduction,chapter 1,chapter 2,chapter 3,chapter 4,summary and references.In the introduction part,it introduces the reasons for choosing the topic,the current research situation,the sources of information,the research methods and innovations.In the first chapter,the structure,etymology and meaning of 2608 students' names from Inner Mongolia University are analyzed and studied.In the second chapter,the relationship between the names of Mongolian students in Inner Mongolia University and the natural and social environment is analyzed and studied.The relationship between man and the natural environment is analyzed with examples of animals,plants,stars,landscapes and seasons.The relationship between names and social environment is analyzed with examples of color symbols,religions and numeral symbols.In the third chapter,According to the four political and historical stages of 1957-1967,1968-1978,1979-1999 and 2000-2016,this paper discusses the etymological,structural and meaningful features of Mongolian students' names in Inner Mongolia University in different historical stages.In the fourth chapter,According to the names of Mongolian students in Inner Mongolia University,according to pastoral areas,farming areas,This paper discusses the etymological,structural and meaningful features of Mongolian students' names in Inner Mongolia University in four different areas,namely,semi-agricultural,semi-pastoral and urban areas.In the concluding part,the research situation of this paper is briefly summarized,and the contents that can not be covered and the contents that need to be further studied in the future are pointed out.
