The issue of people's all-round development has been in existence for a long time.The founder of Marxism has further deepened and developed this issue on the basis of critically inheriting the research results of the predecessors,thus making it becomes an extremely important topic of concern of Marxist philosophy,which makes it an,and finally formed the Marxism person's full scale development theory.The theory of Marxist comprehensive development is rich in content,including the comprehensive development of human needs,the comprehensive development of human capabilities,the comprehensive development of human social relations,and the comprehensive development of human personality.Since the introduction of Marxism into China,the advanced elements and people of insight in our country have organically combined the issue of all-round human development with the traditional Chinese culture,thus injecting fresh blood into the Marxist theory of all-round human development.As an advanced education mode,quality education has a very close relationship with Marxist theory of all-round development.Firstly,Marxist theory of all-round development is the guiding ideology of quality education in China.Secondly,they have internal consistency,that is,they both point to the overall development of human.Thirdly,the implementation and development of quality education is an important way to enrich the Marxist theory of all-round development.Quality education is an educational mode aiming at comprehensively improving the overall quality of all citizens.China's quality education has gone through several decades since it has been put forward and implemented.Although it has made considerable progress and development,there are still many problems,and there is still a big gap with the expected goal of "all-round development of people" to be achieved by quality education.Based on combing the Marxism person's full scale development theory,deeply analyzing the quality education in our country at present stage from the perspective of "Man's All-round Development Theory",combining the Marxism person's full scale development theory to propose appropriate suggestion for the development of quality education in the new era,and hope that through this can make benefits for China's quality education in the new era.Combining with the demands of human development in Marxist comprehensive development theory,based on a comprehensive review of the current situation of quality education in China,this paper believes that there are still the following problems in quality education in China: 1.In the concept of quality education deviated from the overall development of human beings;2.The current educational content cannot meet the internal needs of the free and comprehensive development of teachers and students;3.The education form and means have not promoted the student's individuality and the ability development very well.Through careful analysis and in-depth thinking,the study finds that the causes of these problems are complexes,including conceptual,institutional and practical.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings and combined with the new requirements of quality education in the new era,believes that developing the quality-oriented education in the new era must do the following: Firstly,to achieve all-round development of human beings as the goal.Secondly,to reflect the content of the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings systematically and perfectly.Thirdly,we should turn the conditions for all-round human development into an institutionalized educational mechanism.Specifically,is that we should from construct an educational view which adapts to the development of quality education in the new era,to set up an educational evaluation system which is conducive to the human being's all-round development,to strength the material and practice basis for the development of the quality education in the new era,to enrich the content of quality education and to choose the right means of education method,to strength the basis of society of the education for all-around development comprehensively and systematically,promoting the development of quality education jointly in the new era.
