On The Psychological Quality And All-round Development Of Human Beings

In this paper, we take the psychological quality and all-round development of human beings as the subject, and discuss how to promote person's all-round development by enhancing their psychological quality on the base of analyzing the relationship of the two topics.Firstly, we expound the connotation of the psychological quality and the person's all-round development on the foundation of the achievements in correlative domain and analyze the two concepts' practical significance from the time background. The importance of psychological quality is more and more obvious with the development of society, and healthy psychology will become necessary quality of the elite in the future. It has close relationship with the person's all-round development. The all-round development of human being has obtained people's attention from the ancient times. After predecessor's accumulation and Marx's summary, the theory has acquired final establishment. The Chinese Communist Party inherited this theory and Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out its new significance in his "July the first speech". The study of the comprehensive development has strong theoretical value and still has vital practical value from the facet of psychological quality.Secondly, we discuss that good psychological quality is benefit to person's all-round development from different angles. This chapter first explains the fundamental function and the integrate function of psychological quality, then elaborates in detail that the healthy psychology is the foundation of person's all-round development, and person's all-round development is determined by people's psychology.Finally, we put forward advices on how to promote human being's comprehensive development by improving people's psychological quality. It is advocated that all of us should try hard to achieve the person's all-round development, mainly from the family, the school as well as the person's individual construction.In one word, it is very meaningful to discuss the all-round development of human beings on the base of the study of the modern people's psychological quality, and improving the person's mental health is the feasible way to promote all-sided human development.
