time,recover the loss of the state.People’s supervisory correspondent system in the 1950 s is the Concrete Practice of the "People’s Supervision" Thought of the Communist Party of China.On July 24,1950,the first edition of the People’s Daily published the provisions of the People’s Supervision Committee of the Central People’s Government Administration Office on the appointment of people’s supervisors,it is pointed out that the work of the People’s Supervisory Correspondent is to constantly understand the violation of policies,decrees,corruption,waste,etc.of public officials and the supervision system can be extended to every corner of social life and work.At the same time,the People’s Supervisory Correspondent is the center and soul of the entire monitoring communication network.Its spontaneous and responsible supervision has become an effective guarantee for the operation of the system,enabling the people’s supervision and communication work to open up in the complicated and arduous environment in the early days of the founding of New China.In practical work,on the one hand,the people’s supervisors correspond to the masses,combined with practical work,and flexibility adopt a variety of working methods to expose a large number of acts of bureaucracy,corruption,and neglect of duty among state organs and their public servants.Then,the people’s supervisory correspondent will report the problems found to the superiors in accordance with the regulations and requirements of the relevant system.On the other hand,after receiving the problems reported by the
