Study On The Influencing Factors And Effectiveness Evaluation Of The Public Cultural Space Evolution In Xiacheng District Of Hangzhou

Public culture has existed at the time of the formation of human society,and they were also generally set up in the central area of the settlement to facilitate the daily activities of the residents.Along with social economy development,the scale of the city has unremittingly expanded,and the number and variety of public cultural facilities have also increased.The government also gradually attached importance to the public culture that can educate and cultivate people.On the basis of research on the evolution characteristics of public culture space,we can find the mechanism of public culture development,which can be used as reference for the optimization of public cultural space layout in Xiacheng District.Firstly,it is necessary to sort out the background evolution,social and economic development of Xiacheng District.The following are the premise of the stability of the urban district,with the construction of major public cultural space as the time node,and the phased study of the evolution of the public cultural space in Xiacheng District.Dividing the evolution process of the public cultural space into three stages: 1997 to 2002 is the traditional period of urban public cultural space,2003 to 2010 is the flourishing period of urban public cultural space,2011 to the present is the expansion period of urban public cultural space.Secondly,according to the national land use classification standards and related literatures to classify urban public cultural space.This paper divides urban public cultural space into five categories: book expo space,cultural activity space,sports space,art culture space and green-square space.It also expounds its evolution characteristics.Combining the current background of the times and the theory of spatial evolution,it analyzes the spatial evolution mechanism of public culture in Xiacheng District from five factors: economy,politics,geography,transportation and external factors.Finally,in according with the spatial index,questionnaire survey,the paper analyzes the inadequacy of the current situation of the public cultural space in Xiacheng District and propose optimization strategies: ?1 Attach importance to economic development and provide financial support for the development of public cultural facilities;?2 Accelerate the shortening of the development gap between the north and the south,pay attention to the construction of green space square;?3 The government should strengthen concept of the public cultural development;?4 Actively promote the development of public transportation and improve the road transportation network;?5 Provide a variety of public cultural activities;?6 sse digital technology to further improve the quality of public cultural development,and promote personalized development;?7 Improve policy support and increase capital investment;?8 strengthen management assessment.
