With the strengthening of the control of southwest Guizhou in the Qing Dynasty,the legal culture of the Buyi nationality has undergone a series of differentiation and reconstruction.This paper takes the customary law of Qianxinan Buyi nationality in Qing Dynasty as the research object,and tries to make it into a macroscopic investigation in the background of the historical development of the country in Qing Dynasty.To explore the interaction between the State and the regional society,in which national law is expressed in the regional society,how to construct the inner context of regional history,and how to "holographic" the history of the country in the social economy of the region.In addition to the introduction,conclusion part,this paper includes five chapters.The first chapter: the Land of dirtiest Qianxinan,outlining the natural and human environment of Qianxinan.It shows that the Buyi group has gradually formed and constructed the legalcultural heritage compatible with the natural and humanistic environment in this area in the process of adapting with the natural and humanistic environment.The second chapter: the traditional social organization and customary law of Qianxinan Buyi nationality in Qing Dynasty.Qianxinan the customary law of the Buyi nationality has undergone a historical process of change,this chapter focuses on how the customary law before and during the Qing Dynasty changed,and how the characteristics before and after the change are.The third chapter: the way of the legal change of the Buyi nationality in Qianxinan of Qing Dynasty: trying to prove from the perspective of legal transplantation and localization that the legal change of Buyi nationality in southwest Guizhou was caused by the combination of multi-channel legal transplantation and the localization of legal resources.The fourth chapter: the legal changes of administration,immigration,education and Buyi nationality,and discusses that the legal changes of the Buyi nationality in the Qing dynasty were mainly influenced by the establishment of the unifiedadministrative organization of the State,the influx of large numbers of immigrants and the indoctrination of Confucianism.QianxinanThe fifth chapter: through the study of Qianxinan Buyi nationality law in Qing Dynasty,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the customary law of Qianxinan Buyi nationality in Qing Dynasty.
