Mobile learning has become a new normal of people’s learning.The learners are no longer confined to the classroom or in front of the computer,but can learn at any time and anywhere according to their needs.Mobile language learning is a branch of mobile learning,which is widely used in language teaching as a new language learning mode.Language education in the future should organically combine language learning theory with mobile technology,find appropriate methods to ensure that language learning is highly situational,personalized and collaborative,and achieve continuous learning and even lifelong learning,that is,how to achieve real learner-centered learning and give full play to the advantages of technology.As the key to the implementation of mobile language learning,the design of mobile language learning resources is different from the general design of mobile resources.It focuses on the integration of language learning and mobile technology to design mobile language learning resources.Therefore,this paper attempts to propose a mobile language learning model to guide the design and development of the new Baiwen micro-application.Firstly,based on the basic theory,the following results are obtained: 1.Perceptual input is the key stage of second language acquisition,which is embodied in the input of intelligible language.Affective filtering mechanism determines the quantity and quality of intelligible language input.2.Motivation is the key factor affecting the effectiveness of second language learning and the threshold of affective filtering mechanism.Second language acquisition motivation can be divided into fusion motivation and instrumental motivation.Fusion motivation is the ideal motivation of second language acquisition and has the strongest motivation.Motivation will fluctuate under the interference of external factors.3.Mobile technology’s mobility,anytime,anywhere and other technical characteristics help to enhance learners’ motivation and promote language learning.Therefore,this paper proposes a mobile language learning model based on ARCS,and elaborates the model from four aspects: learners,resource design strategy recommendations(incentive mechanism,mother tongue transfer,recast prompt feedback,user experience),mobile technology characteristics to reflect the improvement of language motivation,and second language acquisition in mobile environment.Then a resource construction model is proposed based on the mobile language learning model.Secondly,based on the mobile language learning model,a comprehensive and systematic comparative analysis of the bilingual characteristics of Chinese and white is carried out,which lays the foundation for the design and development of the follow-up "New Baiwen Micro-application",and investigates the current learning needs of New Baiwen by means of questionnaires.Finally,under the guidance of the model,the design and development of "New Baiwen Micro-application" is carried out.1.Obtain the characteristics of the new Bai literature learners with "two mother tongues";2.Classify the educational objectives based on the Bai language learning knowledge framework;3.Design and make original resources;4.Analyse the feasibility of application and put forward prospects and suggestions.
