Abstract/Summary:
In 2020,affected by the epidemic,schools were completely suspended.The Ministry of Education called on all schools to "suspend classes and keep learning",and schools began to turn to online teaching.Therefore,more and more people pay attention to mobile learning.As graduate students majoring in Chinese international education,we focus on the current situation of mobile language learning.In language teaching,we often advocate "learner-centered".In mobile learning,to pay more attention to learners,we should start with learning support services.This paper will start with learning support services,on the basis of previous studies,combined with informal learning theory,situational cognition and learning theory,continuous attention theory,humanistic learning theory and other related theories,and make a comparative study of learning support services of two second language learning APP by means of questionnaire survey,interview and comparative research.At the same time,we combined the questionnaire on the demand of Chinese second language learning APP,analyzed the problems existing in Chinese second language learning APP,and finally put forward suggestions on the construction of Chinese second language learning APP learning support service system in view of these problems.This article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose and significance,the definition of relevant concepts,research summary,research theories and methods,research framework and research materials.This study divides learning support services into teaching support services and non-teaching support services.The second chapter analyze the questionnaire on Chinese second language learners’ demand for APP.The third chapter first discusses the teaching support service.We compare and analyze the two APP from two aspects:curriculum resource support service and learning process support service.The fourth chapter discusses non-teaching support services.We continue to compare and analyze the two APP from two aspects: management support services and emotional support services.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems existing in Chinese second language learning APP on the basis of the questionnaire on Chinese second language learners’ demand for APP and related theories.Analyze the existing problems of Chinese second language learning APP,including the problems of curriculum and learning process,and the problems of management and emotional support services.The sixth chapter is aimed at the problems existing in the current Chinese second language learning APP,and puts forward suggestions on the construction of the Chinese second language learning APP learning support service system.According to the research,the author believes that in order to build an APP learning support service system for Chinese second language learning,the teaching support service should enrich the curriculum support service and improve the learning process service.In terms of non-teaching support services,a more thoughtful and perfect management and emotional support service system should be built.
