With the development of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language and the promotion and application of the Internet in various industries,the form of Chinese learning has also become more diversified.Mobile learning has gradually become one of the important forms for people to learn Chinese.This paper attempts to analyze the theory of Chinese character teaching and combines relevant interview results to design a prototype of Chinese character mobile learning software as an auxiliary tool for student learning and teacher teaching.This research mainly does the following work:First,through the collection and collation of analytical literature,the relevant research on Chinese character teaching and mobile learning software design at home and abroad have been sorted out.Secondly,the related concepts are defined,and the theoretical basis of using Chinese mobile learning software for Chinese character teaching are analyzed.Thirdly,through the analysis and summary of five Chinese learning apps that are popular among learners,the author draws inspirations for the International Chinese Characters Mobile Teaching.Fourth,the author interviewed six Chinese teachers of first-line foreign students to understand the difficulties encountered by teachers in the process of Chinese characters teaching,the problems of students learning Chinese characters and the functional requirements of Chinese character mobile learning software,etc.,and to provide ideas for the prototype design of follow-up Chinese character mobile learning software.Fifth,based on the above research,this paper designs a prototype of Chinese character mobile learning software for international students,and gives a demonstration of teaching through examples.Finally,the author summarizes the main achievements and innovations of this research,and also points out the shortcomings in the research and the outlook for the future.
