The development of social public art education in the traditional period was greatly limited by the insufficient cognition,the limitation of resources,the limitation of communication media and the political and educational purposes of production subjects.Until the Internet era,social public art education has realized the development of practice subject,content form,space-time structure and other aspects completely different from the past by using network technology and thinking.This thesis regards social public art education in the Internet era as a complete process of "production--communication--consumption".At the same time,it also takes it as the theoretical framework of the whole article.In a holistic and systematic perspective,it combines the theories of art production,communication,consumption and space to make a comparative analysis of specific cases and discuss the development of production,communication and consumption of social public art education in the Internet era.This paper focuses on the "new characteristics" of social public art education in the Internet era,and explores its presentation in the production,communication and consumption of social public art education.In the Internet era,the "popularization" of the main subject of social public art education production brings about the "diversification" of production content and form,and the limitation of production space and time is broken with the help of network media.At the same time,the social space has been reconstructed.In addition,as a part of the whole system,the change of production link will also cause the change of communication and consumption links in the system.In the communication link of social public art education,the development of network media makes the communication subject join in the new members,and the original audience has the right to "speak out",becoming the communication subject and gaining the power at the same time.In the process of more open and diversified communication,the initiative of communication is mixed with passivity,accompanied by the invisible shackles of the Internet.At the same time,the changes in production and communication also act on the consumption link,making the objects of consumption more diverse and accessible,and promoting the realization of "fairness" and "publicity" of social public art education.In the Internet era,the consumption of social public art education is more relaxed,which enables people to pay attention to individual needs,build self-cognition in such attention and consumption,obtain continuous and personalized consumption in the wave of free sharing and knowledge payment,and "fluidization" with data flow.The new characteristics of social public art education in the Internet era reflect the continuous development of itself,the progress of the whole society and the full development of people.
