Behavior of core self-evaluation of individual is the behavior of evaluations of core self-evaluations. Core self-evaluation is the individual self ability and value evaluation and estimation of the most basic, core self-evaluation is a most concise and comprehensive evaluation of self, is a broader, higher levels of personality trait.The inherent qualities of this study through analysis of core self-evaluations, core self-evaluations can be divided into four traits:internal and external orientation, emotional control, emergency handling and assessment of their own abilities in four dimensions.The theory of planned behavior since it was introduced, most of the related study are on health behaviors, exercise, attitude and so on. In this paper, the theory of planned behavior and fusion core self-evaluation, establishing a core self-evaluations on the basis of the theory of planned behavior, to serve as the theoretical basis, design and implementation of group counseling program, core self-evaluation deviation correction of secondary school students.Middle school students in puberty, core self-evaluation is always a mistake, that is core self-evaluation deviation, the purpose of this study for the design and implementation of group counseling program, core self-evaluation deviation correction of secondary school students.This paper was prepared (1) core self-evaluations scale, this scale is used to measure students'behavioral deviation of core self-evaluations scale total: internal and external orientation, emotional control, emergency handling and assessment of their own abilities in four dimensions.Calculation of dimensions scores, scale scores of each dimension is not meaningful. (2) core self-evaluation completed middle school students the theory of planned behavior rating scale, using 5-point scoring scale, separately from the core self evaluation of behavioral intentions, core self-evaluations, core self-evaluations subjective standards and core self-evaluations describes four aspects of behavior control beliefs. (3) based on theory of planned behavior of middle school students tested the stability of core self-evaluations, determine the TPB model of cross-gender, grade measurement in variance analysis of core self-evaluations in the TPB the effect of each factor. Conclusion:the core self evaluation and behavioral intention on core self-evaluations can predict, attitudes and behavior control beliefs not only through the core self evaluation of behavioral intention indirectly to the core self evaluation, you can also directly affect the core self-evaluations. (4) in determining the core self-evaluations and theory of planned behavior after fitting, on this basis, design the implementation of group counseling program.After 2.5 months of counseling groups, concluded that:(1) the overall behavior of core self-evaluations in the experimental group was less than in the control group, emotional control and the assessment of their behavior there is a significant difference. (2) acts of emotional control in the experimental group, the handling of emergencies and on their ability to assess three aspects of the remarkable progress, while the control group did not change. (3) the only-child and non-only-child's core self evaluation of the art is no difference. (4) boys and girls are not different levels of core self-evaluations through the group counseling program. (5) The qualitative analysis, members of the group face the negative reaction of the behavioral deviation of core self-evaluations greatly reduced, more members have chosen to analyze the causes of communication with friends.
