Jiangsu folk songs are rich and varied,with beautiful melodies.The lyrics of Jiangsu folk songs with humanistic characteristics combined with the singing form of local dialects make it show a unique charm.The unique musical style of Yangzhou folk songs makes Yangzhou folk songs occupy a key position in the classification of Jiangsu folk songs.With the progress of the times and the development and reform,the descendants put new lyrics into a lot of traditional Yangzhou local folk songs in order to make Yangzhou folk songs more conducive to singing.Some of them also re-edited the music tunes on the basis of the original style,so that the content of Yangzhou folk songs is more and more diverse.The folk song "A Silk Crossing the River" is a representative Yangzhou traditional folk song.It is produced in Shaobo,Jiangdu District,Jiangsu Province,and belongs to Shao Bojun.It has a music tunes that are both bright and unrestrained and gentle and feminine.It combines the dialects and tunes of Jiangbei and Jiangnan,and is called one of the most beautiful songs that can reflect the characteristics of Yangzhou folk songs.This paper firstly elaborates the humanistic characteristics and musical style of Yangzhou folk songs based on the detailed description of Yangzhou's geographical features,historical development process,local customs and humanities,and secondly,the local characteristics and styles of Yangzhou folk song "A Silk Crossing the River".The structure and singing analysis made a detailed analysis and discussion,so as to better grasp the song style of Yangzhou folk song "A Silk Crossing the River" and perfect its interpretation on the stage.
