The idea of “govern by doing nothing that goes against nature ”in LaoZi is a jewel in the treasury of Chinese traditional governance thought. From the level of social reality and the level of philosophical logic,we know that“The sage invariably has no mind of his own;he makes the mind of the people as his mind” can be regarded as the origin of the governance thought “govern by doing nothing that goes against nature”.Through the analysis of the origin of the governance thought,we can see that Lao Zi stood on the objective position of the third party besides “sage” and “common people”.To warn, admonish, restrict and guide the“promising” and “improper monarchs” in the world by establishing the ideal image of“sage”.Therefore,Lao Zi's thought of governance is based on the current monarch.Under the premise,we can have a deeper understanding of Lao Zi's thought of governance.“The sage invariably has no mind of his own;he makes the mind of the people as his mind” contains the equal meaning of “sage” and “common people” in the noumenon field of vision and the area of administer. That is to say,the interaction of “sage-common people” forms “ intersubjectivity ”,thereby forming a community of co-existence and symbiosis. Therefore, the "inaction-autonomy" formed by the "inaction" of "sage" and the "autonomy" of "people" is actually the " co-administer situation " in the field of administer. The governance thought “govern by doing nothing that goes against nature ” in LaoZi which regarded the idea " the sage invariably has no mind of his own;he makes the mind of the people as his mind " as its original point of administer,is valuable for the construction of the current paradigm.
