The Research Of Prepositions In Pingyang Dialect Of Wu Dialect Area

This paper takes the Chengguan dialect of Kunyang Town in Pingyang County as the research object,and describes its Preposition System in detail.This paper mainly takes the classification of prepositions by Taitian Chenfu and Chen Zeping as the framework and divides prepositions into five categories: time and place,agent and patient,relationship with the subject,means of tools,reasons and purposes.Each category is divided into several sub-categories for detailed description,mainly describing the grammatical functions of each preposition,and making a more detailed distinction between prepositions with the same or similar functions.The Preposition System of Pingyang dialect is characterized by a large number of prepositions and a wide range of functions.The same kind of preposition has many forms,and each form has its own pragmatic differences.At the same time,the grammaticalization process of the two prepositions is discussed by taking the special prepositions in the Preposition System ——passive "Gai" and disposal "Dai" as examples.The research of prepositions in Pingyang dialect is mainly based on descriptions on synchronic plane and combined with diachronic plane.
