Introspection and reflection are equivalent to self-reflection.Introspection is the individual's attitude of exploring based on self,including analyzing and reviewing the behaviors,methods of use,and results produced,considering and observing their own behavioral processes and use.The way,and based on this self-regulation,as the basis for your future actions.Self-reflection is a neutral word in this study.The content of reflection includes both positive and negative factors.Self-control is the process by which an individual changes his or her own behaviors or ways of thinking by suppressing or overcoming his own desires and needs.That is,the process of replacing behavior with one another.Mental Health is a state in which the individual's internal and external integration achieves a balanced and coordinated state.This state emphasizes that the individual has good interpersonal and social adaptability,and is good at summing up the past,reflecting on the present,and Looking forward to the future of a harmonious internal and external outcome.Individual mental health is closely related to their own self-reflection and self-control.In the process of being a counselor at the psychological counseling center of the school,the author found that the freshmen who came to consult after the start of the school had a majority of freshmen,and they learned about self-reflection and self-control during the consultation process that play a very important role.Previous studies have found that self-reflection and self-control,self-reflection and mental health,self-control and mental health have a certain relationship.There is no research on the relationship between these three through finding relevant literature.Therefore,this study wants to analyze the relationship between self-reflection,self-control and mental health of freshmen,on the one hand,to understand the overall situation of self-reflection,self-control and mental health of freshmen;on the other hand,to explore whether self-control is self-Introspection and mental health play a full intermediary role.This study based on an in-depth analysis of existing research,using the questionnaire survey method to conduct 1000 freshmen of different demographic variables such as gender,region,and student cadre in three universities in Yunnan.The research and research not only enriched the research on self-reflection and self-control,self-reflection and mental health,self-control and mental health,but also proposed corresponding countermeasures based on this research.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Freshmen's self-reflection,self-control and mental health have significant inter-group differences in certain demographic variables;(2)The reason for freshmen's self-reflection is significantly positively related to self-control,that is,the more comprehensive the cause of self-reflection,the higher the ability of self-control.(3)The self-reflection effect of freshmen is significantly positively correlated with self-control,that is,the better the self-reflection effect,the higher the self-control ability.(4)The reason for freshmen's self-reflection is significantly negatively correlated with mental health.The higher the score that causes self-reflection,the lower the score of freshmen's mental health,indicating that the level of mental health is better.(5)The self-reflection effect of freshmen is significantly negatively correlated with self-control.The higher the score of self-reflection effect,the lower the score of freshmen's mental health,indicating that their mental health level is better.(6)There is a significant negative correlation between self-control and mental health of freshmen,that is,the higher the score of self-control,the lower the score of mental health of freshmen,indicating the higher the mental health level.(7)Self-control plays a full intermediary role between self-reflection and mental health.Self-reflection affects mental health through the full mediation of self-control.
