Objectives: This study applied 8 College Students who were anxious before the postgraduate entrance exam as research subjects and this study adopts the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique to explore the clinical effect of by scientifically analyzing the formation of pre-graduate anxiety and intervention process.The intervention effect was verified by using multiple baseline research methods.Therefore,this study will enrich the research scope of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique,and it provides simple and easy clinical intervention technology for those who were anxious before the postgraduate entrance exam.Methods: In this study,eight subjects who met the need of this study were selected by examining the anxiety related scales and the expert evaluation,and they were divided into two groups,and each group carries out the Meta-cognition Intervention Technique.The first group adopted multiple baseline design of the same subjects,and the observation index was the subjective satisfaction level of the learning state;the other group adopted multiple baseline design with different subjects,and the observation index was the score of the confidence test.By observing the change of multi-baseline graph to analyze the therapeutic effect of Meta-cognition Intervention Technique on pre-study anxiety,the Pre-test Anxiety Scale were used to test the pre-treatment,post-treatment test,and the week before the test.The entire study was conducted for 64 days,and all participants were asked to make an interview site before a week of the exam(The intervention ended for 3-5 months).Results: For group A,the subjective satisfaction of the typical situation was raising,and the group B,the subjects' confidence was significantly increased.After the intervention,the pre-test anxiety scale showed that all the pre-graduate anxiety had been reduced to the demarcation standard.A week before the postgraduate entrance exam,all subjects were tested.The results of tests and interviews suggest that there are fluctuations of all participants' scale scores.This shows that all the participants' anxiety before the postgraduate entrance exam has not recurred.Conclusion: Pre-graduate anxiety fundamentally lies in the unconscious of the formation of the conditioned emotional reflection and this kind of emotion has not been realized in the process of formation,or it cannot be controlled.It fosters the rational cognition,faith,optimism,and builds positive conditioned emotion to avoid the recurrence of the anxiety before the postgraduate entrance exam by using Meta-cognition Intervention Technique to intervene negative conditioned emotion.
