“The union of heaven and human” is an acient and mysterios topic which contains the profound and vigorous thought,and it is also the unfailing study subject of scholars who dedicated to the Book of changes in chinese history.This ideology is mainly reflected in the “ Book of Diagram”.In this book,the interpretation of divinatory based on the principle of illation of natural law and knowing the people is the most comprehensive and subtle reflection of the idiom of “Haven and man are virtuous”.Researchers of Yi-Xue in all ages make special interprelation toward the“ Book of Diagram”.Wang Chuanshan,a thinker in the late Ming Dynasty,make the most systematic elaboration in his book of the illustration of Diagram.Chuanshan believes that there is no relationship between fortune telling and the Book of Diagram.It is a book of concentrating on the theory of the Book of changes,which acts as the important path leading to the understanding “Do one 's best according the heaven 's virtue”,moreover,it is also the utmost norm of gentleman 's establishment of locality and his worship virtue.The main aim of this assay is to explore the idea of “ intergration people 's practice and heaven 's virtue”.The thesis is based on the Book of the interpretation of Diagram in the Book of changes,and taking about the gentleman 's doctrine as the object of observation.This disertation intends to take further efforts to explore the form basis of“gentleman's dorctrine ” and the principle of the Book of changes,with the purpose to search the fundamentul basis of “worship of virtue and entention of establishment”.The connotation of “gentleman ” in this book aquires a clear direction.“Gentleman” refers to a person who realizes continues,practices and inherit the dorctrine of the Book of changes.The main question to explored “Gentleman's dorctrine” is to put forward the theory of how a Gentleman realizes the profound and subtle means existed in the Book of changes and how to combine the theory of changes and actual life,and to let one's words and deeds coincide with the principle of changes.This thesis includes four chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses thebackground of the Ming and Qing dynasties and the three stages of Chuanshan's study about the Book of changes in order to understand the issues of that time faced by wang Chuanshan and features of his study of changes.The second chapter mainly discusses the origin of the problem of "gentleman's dorctrine" and the characteristics of Chuanshan's interpretation of "the Book of Diagram",starting with the alternately changing law of "one Yin and one Yang".In order to better grasp the ideological characteristics of the Book of the interpretation of Diagram in the Book of changes,this thesis makes a longitudinal comparative study on the relationship between this book and the pre-Qin Confucian thought,Wang Bi and Cheng Yi's study of the Book of changes and Buddha-Lao thought.The third chapter,combining other works of Chuanshan,probes into the metaphysical reasons of gentleman's ability to understand Dorctrine of changes and continues Dorctrine of changes.This paper makes a concrete discussion on the thought of "the two Trigrams of Heaven and Kun " about self-cultivation and Governance of others.The final thing discussed is the core issues of this paper,which is also the heart of understanding the meaning of the Book of Diagram written by Wang chuansahn,namely,the four methods of "the Union of the Tao of Yi and Nobleman".The fourth chapter,is concentrated on the important function of the gentleman's study of the Book of changes,that is,the concrete practice in "the worship of virtue and entension of estabishment",respectively,from three aspects: "self-cultivation of morality","governance of the world" and "foming the world".
