Research On Ji Yu's Huizhou Cultural Novels

Ji Yu,a contemporary writer of Anhui nationality,began to publish his works in the 1980s.His novels contain a large number of Huizhou cultural elements whether short or long.He not only created a large number of characters with regional characteristics of Huizhou,but also described the folk customs of Huizhou.Through his works,we can see the shadow of Xin'an neo-Confucianism and Huizhou clans.His novels Xin'an Family and Huizhou Merchants describe the legendary story of Huizhou merchants,the first of the ten commercial gangs in Chinese history.Therefore,this paper will take Ji Yu's Hui culture novels as the research object.First,it will interpret the Huizhou culture elements contained in his novels,then analyze the creation characteristics of his Hui culture novels,and finally study the literary value of his Hui culture novels.The introduction first expounds the connotation of Huizhou culture,then outlines Ji Yu's novel creation,then elaborates the current academic research on Ji Yu's novel creation,the evaluation of all parties,and analyzes the shortcomings of existing research and its reasons.The first chapter focuses on the elements of Huizhou culture in Ji Yu's novels.The first section focuses on the images of Huizhou merchants in Ji Yu's novels.Taking Cheng Tiansong,Pan Haozhang,Wang Renfu,Bao Qingyuan and other Huizhou merchants as examples,this paper studies the characteristics of Huizhou merchants,analyzes how the Huizhou cultural spirit and business management strategy are integrated into these characters,so as to summarize the historical characteristics and practical significance of Huizhou merchants.The second section focuses on the penetration of Xin'an Neo-Confucianism into Ji Yu's novels,and interprets the influence of Xin'an Neo-Confucianism on the Huizhou society and Huizhou people's character and psychology.The third section focuses on the regional folk customs in Ji Yu's novels,focusing on the production folk customs,life folk customs,Huizhou folk songs and other folk phenomena with Huizhou regional characteristics.The second chapter mainly elaborates the creative characteristics of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.The first section focuses on the epic character of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.This feature is firstly manifested in the grand theme of his novel,secondly in the large-span space-time structure of his novel,and finally in the historical authenticity of his works.The second section studies the realistic legendary narration of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.His novel has created a series of legendary characters and plots,and also uses a lot of montage techniques to further enhance his legendary.But the legend of Ji Yu's works has always been closely around the coordinates of reality.Firstly,the material of the novel comes from reality,which has strong practical significance;secondly,although his story is legendary,it is dominated by many inevitable factors;finally,the brilliant business stories of the novel are often interspersed with real business terms and business processes.The third section focuses on the natural emotional features in Ji Yu's novels.First of all,the author has a clear emotional tendency in characterization.We can see that he is not stingy about his favorite characters.Secondly,his tendency is reflected in the arrangement of story plots and the setting of dialogues.Finally,in the naming of chapters,there is also a clear emotional tendency,which can be clearly seen.The third chapter focuses on the literary value of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.The first section interprets the regional literary value of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.This paper focuses on the value and significance of the regional cultural customs in his novels.The second section interprets the cultural value of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.It focuses on the role and value of his novels in inheriting Chinese culture.The third section interprets the fable value of Ji Yu's hui cultural novels.The moral fable,value fable and existence fable value of his novels are mainly interpreted.Ji Yu's creation incorporates many Hui cultural elements,so it is of great significance to analyze and study the Hui cultural elements in his novels.Firstly,by studying the Hui cultural elements in Ji Yu's novels,we can not only summarize Ji Yu's novels comprehensively,but also provide reference for many regional literary creators.Secondly,the study of Huizhou cultural elements in his novels can help us understand Huizhou culture and the influence of Huizhou culture on literary creation.Thirdly,the research on Ji Yu who is the representative of Anhui writers is of great significance to the revitalization and prosperity of Anhui literature.
