From the perspective of positive psychology,this study explored the influence of discrimination perception and social support on the sense of life significance of breast cancer patients.In this study,the social impact scale,the sense of life scale and the perceived social support scale were used.216 electronic questionnaires were sent out to several top three hospitals in China through the questionnaire stars,203 questionnaires were recovered,and 200 questionnaires were finally valid.Spss25.0,descriptive statistical analysis,independent sample t-analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the data(1)there are significant differences in age,education level and marital status in discrimination perception,sense of life significance and perceived social support.In terms of age,compared with breast cancer patients under 30 years old,breast cancer patients aged 31-50 and over have a lower level of discrimination perception,a better understanding of social support and a stronger sense of life significance;in terms of education,compared with breast cancer patients under undergraduate education,breast cancer patients with undergraduate education or above have a lower level of discrimination perception and a lower level of discrimination perception In marital status,married breast cancer patients have a lower level of discrimination perception than single breast cancer patients,and have a better understanding of social support and a strong sense of life significance.(2)there is a significant negative correlation between discrimination perception and life sense of breast cancer patients,that is,with the improvement of individual perceived discrimination level,the level of life sense is lower.(3)there was a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and sense of life significance in breast cancer patients,that is,with the improvement of individual perceived social support,the higher the level of sense of life significance.(4)there was a significant negative correlation between discrimination perception and perceived social support in breast cancer patients,that is,with the improvement of individual perceived discrimination level,perceived social support level was lower.(5)understanding that social support plays an intermediary role between discrimination perception and life sense of breast cancer patients.The results of this study reveal the relationship between discrimination perception,social support and sense of life significance,and provide some theoretical and practical enlightenment for improving the sense of life significance of breast cancer patients.
