Research On The Path Of Integrating Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Into Community Construction

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the topic of community governance has been increasingly concerned by people from all walks of life.Urban and rural communities are the basic unit of social governance.We must improve the urban and rural community governance system,continuously improve the level of urban and rural community governance,focus on complementing urban and rural community governance shortcomings,and strengthen organizational security.However,with the development of urbanization and rural urbanization,problems such as indifference in interpersonal relationships among community residents and competition for material interests have followed.Excellent cultures such as honesty,etiquette,harmony,and loyalty in Chinese traditional culture play a major role in maintaining the economic order of the community,regulating the relationship between the main body of the community,and creating a public environment for the community,and promoting the construction of the community towards a healthier,safer and more harmonious direction.Firstly,through the combing of the literature,on the basis of grasping the basic concepts of community and traditional Chinese culture,the article condenses the traditional"integrity""filial piety""etiquette" "Blessing" "harmony"and other excellent culturesare the specific content in the process of community construction.And on this basis,explain its inherent logical connection with community construction.Secondly,it discusses that Chinese traditional culture faces a series of dilemmas in the process of promoting the current community construction,mainly in the following:lack of communication integrity in the community integrity culture,lack of credibility of grassroots units,personal moral literacy and lack of belief.In the filial piety culture of the community,the traditional filial piety consciousness is weakened,the family life is out of control,and the thrift is gradually lost.In the community traditional etiquette culture,the interpersonal relationship of the community is alienated under utilitarian communication,and the public spirit spreads under the failure of community public opinion.In the traditional blessing culture,the community public service system needs to be expanded,the residents’ participation awareness is relatively weak,the lack of funds and the loss of the talent team.In the traditional harmonious culture,there are problems such as strong hierarchical concepts,lack of democratic awareness,and weak interpersonal relationships.Finally,in response to this kind of dilemma,combined with the foundation of community governance experience at home and abroad.For example,the Yi family’s Chen family management model with the concept of loyalty and filial piety,the Huaxi village co-construction model that adheres to the concept of the world,the Maple Bridge governance model that emphasizes harmonious symbiosis,and the modern community governance model that emphasizes multi-participation.Foreign countries pay attention to the Singapore community governance model that absorbs Confucian culture,the American community autonomy model that emphasizes democracy awareness,and the Japanese government-Society cooperation model that highlights the affinity culture.The article further proposes five practical paths.mainly to advocate the traditional "integrity" culture to build a community integrity supervision system,heritage of traditional "filial piety" to build a new culture of filial piety education,reorganize the traditional "etiquette" culture to enhance the construction of community civilization etiquette,promote the traditional "blessing" culture to improve the happiness index of community residents,and promote the traditional "harmony"culture to build a harmonious community environment.
