An Empirical Study On The Integration Of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Into Grassroots Social Governance

Inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,activating rational factors in traditional resources,and integrating them into the real social governance will help build and strengthen the self-confidence of Chinese culture,promote the modernization of the social governance system and capacity at the grass-roots level,and provide a heavy cultural support for the development and improvement of the social governance model highlighting the Chinese spirit,Chinese wisdom and Chinese experience."Lu’s Village Contract" is an outstanding representative of grassroots governance resources in Chinese excellent traditional culture,with cultural implications and time values that transcend time and space."Fengqiao Experience" is a set of effective social governance programs created by the people under the leadership of the Party,and is known as the typical social governance at the grassroots level.The "Fengqiao + township contract" model in Lantian County,Xi ’an,Shaanxi province,is a beneficial exploration of the integration of fine traditional Chinese culture into grassroots social governance."Fengqiao +Village Contract" mode reflects the organic integration of Chinese traditional social governance resources and grassroots social governance practices,the organic integration of the creation of "Fengqiao style" characteristics and the inheritance of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the organic integration of the concept of co-construction,co-governance and sharing and the path of autonomous rule of law and moral governance.It has achieved positive results in the co-governance of Germany and France,people’s peace,social stability,and the improvement of the system and capacity of governance at the grassroots level,making new contributions to the building of a safer China and a China under the rule of law at a higher level.It can be said that the model of "Fengqiao + Village Contract" not only endows the excellent traditional Chinese culture represented by "Lu’s Village Contract" with new era connotation,but also injects new impetus for adhering to the development of "Fengqiao experience" in the new era and improving the social governance system at the grassroots level.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is an introduction,which explores the background,research significance,research status,research methods,and innovations of the topic;The second part analyzes the necessity of integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into grassroots social governance,emphasizing the cherishing of grassroots social governance resources in Chinese excellent traditional culture,and promoting its creative transformation and innovative development;The third part explores the internal connection between the "Lv’s Township Treaty" and the "Fengqiao Experience";The fourth part takes the "Fengqiao+Xiangyue" model as the analysis sample to show the production,practice and effect of this model;The fifth part elaborates on the basic characteristics of the "Fengqiao+Xiangyue" model as a whole and its inspiration for the modernization of grassroots social governance;The sixth and seventh parts focus on the current challenges of the "Fengqiao+Xiangyue" model and provide corresponding countermeasures.The analysis and discussion of these problems not only benefit the improvement of the "Fengqiao+Xiangyue" model,but also provide reference for the better integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the modernization of grassroots social governance.
