Research On The Management Evaluation Of Beijing Small And Medium-sized Theatres

Theater evaluation is an important measure for the government and cultural departments to strengthen cultural construction,enhance cultural soft power and people's comprehensive literacy,and ensure the spiritual life needs of the audience.It is also an important means for the theater itself to pursue improvement,constantly improve the quality of and meet the needs of the audience.Since the reform and opening up,the theater in our country has ushered in a large-scale development,and the industry and academic circles are also exploring the operation and management mode of the theater one after another,and have made remarkable achievements.However,at present,there are also many difficulties,theatres rely on government or state funding,can not fully achieve self-management;literary and artistic creation is difficult from "plateau" to "peak ",some theater art production and art activities are neither lacking The economic benefit also lacks the social benefit;the research about the theater realizes the economic benefit and the social benefit concrete realization path is still insufficient.Therefore,how to overcome the superficial disadvantages of theater evaluation,make the evaluation deep,stand on the mental position of the audience,meet the needs of the audience,and promote the development of theater management is the central topic of this study.The evaluation of theater management with audience satisfaction as the center is a process of judging the value of theater management activities and results from the perspective of audience satisfaction in order to promote the audience's continuous satisfaction.Its main connotation includes three aspects: first,the needs and satisfaction of the audience is the fundamental purpose of the evaluation of theater management.Theater evaluation includes the evaluation of the theater by the performers,the evaluation of the theater staff and the evaluation of the theatre by the audience.Secondly,the result of the audience's satisfaction with the theater is the core content of the evaluation of the theater management and management Rational evaluation should shift from resource and environment to audience satisfaction,from theater operation characteristics to audience demand.Third,the evaluation of theater management should be comprehensive,so whether to create a good environment conducive to promoting the audience to carry out art consumption is also the content of this paper.Theater environmental evaluation,performance quality evaluation and art education universal rating should be based on meeting the needs of the audience.Based on this,this paper takes small and medium-sized theaters in Beijing as the research object,conducts the theater operation and management evaluation centering on audience satisfaction,investigates the audience's satisfaction with theaters in Beijing,and puts forward the opinions and viewpoints on establishing the evaluation mechanism of theater operation and management,so as to provide references for future studies on theater evaluation.
