| In recent decades,the construction of Chinese theater has entered a period of vigorous development.However,the development status of theaters has shown the characteristics of structural differentiation,which is manifested in the accelerated construction of some emerging theaters and continuous operation;the other part of the old theaters are facing unsustainable operating dilemmas.For theaters in China’s small and medium-sized cities,how to maintain operations and how to further develop sustainable development tailored to local conditions is perhaps the toughest challenge faced by the theater industry in the current period.This article takes Linyi Grand Theater as an example,based on the theater’s specific background and operational positioning,and explore the theater’s operating status through analysis of its product,marketing,organizational design,and capital management.It is hoped that it can provide reference and reference for the development and operation of the Linyi Theater and even the theaters of small and medium-sized cities in China. |
