Nongovernmental business corporations which take huge percent in Chinese corporations have great relation with the people's livelihood. They are facing the severity corporation. It is very important to an enterprise whether it can establish a logical design management mode and ensure that the relation between design and market are wealthy. It on one hand should take corporations' attention on management of organization, management of design process and management of design cost, and on the other hand, a wise manager should be found to bring these into effect. There are three aspects of design management. They are management of design group, management of design and management of the cost of design. We should put design into the process and make research with the point of flow. We should take attention to continuity of management and put three factors into one entia and at last put them into the category of design management. Beginning with the corporation's actual conditions, the thesis firstly analyzes actual conditions of the nongovernmental business corporation and find the problems in design management aspects. And then, the paper researches on the theory of design management and success examples. At last, the thesis puts out the model of flow design management, solves the problems put forwards and then shows the application process of flow design management by practical design.
