Reflections On The Construction Of Shanxi's Indigenous Culture Under The View Of The Cultural Ecosystem

Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture is thriving,and culture is strong.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has continuously deepened his understanding of the regularity of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era from the historical height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realistic height of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the overall layout of the "Five-In-One" expounded the important role of cultural construction,we should continue to strengthen cultural self-confidence,enhance cultural soft power,and realize the strategic goal of building a cultural power.Under the background of the new era,Shanxi Provincial Committee earnestly studied and carried out Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,a series of speeches and the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Party,and made a reasonable plan for the construction of a strong province of culture in our province.Now is the final stage of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and cultural construction,as an important support for the great cause of national rejuvenation,is of great practical significance for rallying the national spirit,improving the quality of citizens,promoting social harmony and promoting the transformation of Shanxi's economic development mode.In recent years,Shanxi has not been suitable for the development pattern of coal economy,economic transformation is imminent,Shanxi provincial government also realized to give full play to the advantages of Shanxi's rich cultural resources,promote the revitalization and development of local culture,improve the competitiveness of Shanxi's local culture at home and abroad,and contribute to the sustainable development of Shanxi's economy.In order to better meet the people's material and cultural spiritual needs.From the perspective of cultural ecosystem theory,combined with literature analysis,comparative analysis and contradiction analysis,this paper takes the cultural content formed in different historical periods in Shanxi as the research object,regards Shanxi region as a complete cultural ecosystem,and studies the development of culture from the perspective of each culture and environment.Therefore,it provides a new perspective on the study of the inheritance and innovation of Shanxi's local culture,which is of great significance to the construction of Shanxi's local culture.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the present situation of Shanxi's cultural construction,and finds that although great achievements have been made in cultural inheritance,cultural industry development and cultural systemreform,however,there are still many problems in the development and utilization of cultural resources,the reform of cultural system,the development of cultural industry and the construction of Cultural Talents.In the fifth chapter,according to the theory of cultural ecosystem and the analysis of the problems in the construction of Shanxi Culture,the path of the construction of Shanxi local culture is reasonably planned,that is,the protection of cultural resources,the development of culture,the layout of cultural industry structure and other aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.It is necessary to strengthen ideological and theoretical construction,adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion and cultivate the correct values of citizens,optimize the system of cultural industry,deepen the reform of the cultural system and strengthen the construction of talent ranks,in order to strengthen the protection of the existing ruins and relics in Shanxi and carry out rational development on the premise of scientific planning,it is also necessary to strengthen the investment of funds to protect the cultural rights and interests of citizens and to promote the influence of the cultural industry,strengthen the self-confidence of Shanxi local culture,improve the competitiveness of Shanxi local culture,promote Shanxi excellent culture "go out",build the brand of Shanxi culture strong province.
