The Influence Of Pop Art On The Color Of Chinese Contemporary Sculpture

In the 1980 s,with China's reform and opening up,pop art began to enter China and was widely spread.Its unique color application technique has injected new vitality into contemporary Chinese colored sculpture.However,in the collection of materials,there is little mention of the distinctive color expression methods of pop art and the influence of commercial secularization of color concept on the color of contemporary Chinese sculpture.Therefore,the author will elaborate the specific characteristics of pop art color concept and color expression methods.The paper will be divided into four parts to explore the influence of pop art on the color of Chinese contemporary sculpture.The first part will summarize the birth and development of pop art,expound the development state of pop art in Britain,the United States,Japan and other countries respectively from the three periods of germination,prosperity and maturity,and briefly describe the evolution process of Chinese sculpture color;the second part is the focus of this paper,which will start with the concept of color,explore pop art in 1979 From the end of the Cultural Revolution to now,the influence of the color of Chinese contemporary sculpture has been produced;the third part of the paper is also the focus of this paper,which analyzes the influence of the color expression of pop art on the color production of Chinese contemporary sculpture from the three perspectives of collage juxtaposition,repetition and color symbol refining;the fourth part is the conclusion of this paper,through the performance of the color of Chinese contemporary sculpture It changes into a historical review and reflection,and discusses how the color of contemporary Chinese sculpture under the influence of pop art can be deeply excavated from the perspective of local art and culture,which provides a reference for enriching the color expression forms of contemporary Chinese sculpture.
