Research On The Construction And Dissemination Of The Film Media Of "Teacher Image" Since The New Century

The image of teachers constructed and transmitted by the film media is not only the epitome of teacher image in real life under the background of various times,but also another window for the public to know more about teachers.Since the beginning of the new century,the construction and dissemination of "teacher image" in domestic films have also changed from the past.It's no longer just a single orthodox image of"gardener" and "candle",the alienation has occurred.It's mainly attributed to the changes in the political and economic environment,the guidance of educational policies,the impact of cultural values,the choice of audiences' aesthetic tastes and the expression of directors' creative appeals.This paper,by interpreting the domestic films about "teacher image" since the beginning of the new century,explores the main types and characteristics of teacher image in the construction and dissemination and tentatively proposes corresponding improvement strategies to make up for these shortcomings.According to their different spiritual personalities,it can be categorized into five main types:the image of teachers who are devoted to their jobs and care for their students;the image of teachers whose value is contrary and whose morality is indifferent;the image of teachers who fight against the outside world and stick to the original intention;the image of stoically obedient and blindly conservative teachers;the image of teachers who grow up and become a butterfly.At the same time,since the new century,there are some shortcomings in the construction and dissemination of the image of teachers in domestic films.In other words,"teacher image" is simplified and and modeled;"teacher image" is vulgar,demonized,and the professional characteristics of "teacher image" are not clear.Therefore,domestic films should be constructed in multiple ways to restore the "teacher image" in the future;take a multi-pronged approach to rectify the name of the teacher;present it in multiple directions and highlight the professionalism of the teacher to make up for the above shortcomings as much as possible.
