The Narrative Construction And Image Code In The Micro-film "As A Mother"

<Being Mommy> is a short film about the living situation,living condition and psychological status of young full-time mothers in Chinese cities.The short film attempts to show the social reality that full-time mothers sacrificing themselves,confused,and finding emotional belonging for their families and children.Through plot design and lens language design,it depicts the inner needs of full-time mothers to harvest the true feelings on the road of self-worth seeking.Based on the creation process of the short film "<Being Mommy>",this paper elaborates and considers the creation from three aspects: the value of the topic,the construction of the play and the image code.The first part is to elaborate the value of the topic selection of "<Being Mommy>",mainly from the theme selection of the current living situation of full-time mothers,the social value of the topic selection and social reflection.The second part elaborates the short-film "<Being Mommy>" from the level of drama,which is divided into three aspects: character setting,drama structure and details construction.The third part elaborates the color,surreal scene and lens in the image code of short-film.The last part is a summary of the shortcomings of the short film "<Being Mommy>".
