As an organic part of college physical education teachers,sport-dancing teachers also play their due role in the training of sports talents,scientific research,cultural inheritance,social services and other aspects.With the continuous development of physical,its role is becoming more and more obvious.The development history of sport-dancing major in colleges and universities in Henan province is not long,and there is no complete professional standard for sport-dancing teachers.Under the background of the new era,it is not only necessary but also feasible to establish a complete professional standard for sport-dancing teachers.Based on the method of literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics,etc,and also further investigation 10 related schools in Henan province of teachers' basic situation,the proportion of teachers and students,curriculum,teachers' training situation,this paper establishes a relatively complete sport-dancing teachers' professional standards in colleges and universities in Henan province in new era,in order to further clarify the sport-dancing teachers' professional quality requirement and provides a theoretical basis of objective evaluation for sport-dancing teachers.Conclusion:1.The structure of sport-dancing teachers in colleges and universities in Henan province is not reasonable,and the ratio of male and female teachers is unbalanced,the number of young teachers is large,and the ranks of teachers tend to be younger.Most teachers have less years of teaching and lack of teaching experience.The teaching team as a whole has low educational background and professional title.2.The professional standards of sport-dancing teachers are the concretization of professional standards in the teaching and education of sport-dancing teachers,and are the basic regulations issued to sport-dancing teachers as professionals according to the corresponding educational policies and regulations,to guide and measure the basic requirements of the team of sport-dancing teachers in different stages of their professional development,is a code of conduct and an important basis for guiding the professional development of sport-dancing teachers.3.In the new era,it is not only necessary but also feasible to set up the professional standards for sport-dancing teachers in colleges and universities in Henan province.It can further clarify the professional quality requirements of sport-dancing teachers,to provide more objective theoretical basis for the evaluation of sport-dancing teachers is also an important part of improving the management system of teachers,which is conducive to promoting the professional level of sport-dancing teachers.4.According to the structural model of "conditions-process-performance-development",the professional standards of sport-dancing teachers in colleges and universities in Henan province in the new era can be divided into four first-level indicators,basic conditions,work process,work performance and professional development.Each first-level index includes different second-level indicators,among which the basic conditions include ideological and political literacy,teachers' professional literacy,educational and teaching skills,professional theoretical skills,teachers' physical and mental quality,modern information literacy,and consciousness of innovation.The working process includes four secondary indicators,teaching,scientific research,training competition and social service.The work performance includes four secondary indicators,teaching achievement,scientific research achievement,competition achievement and social effect.Professional development includes five secondary indicators,lifelong learning,research activities,further training,academic education and exchange and reflection.Advice:1.Colleges and universities in Henan province should increase the talent introduction of sport-dancing,and introduce sport-dancing teachers with higher education background and better professional skills.They should not only pay attention to the teacher's professional level,but also should be paid to the teachers' scientific research level and comprehensive strength.Colleges and universities are supposed to choose the professional technology level and research level of both highly educated talents.Meanwhile,they should bring in professional talent,develop the university faculty and school brand.By attracting more excellent sport-dancing teachers,it is a great promotion for the physical dance in Henan.2.Conduct comprehensive evaluation of sport-dancing teachers regularly according to professional standards of sport-dancing teachers.Through evaluation,it will further strengthen the management of teachers and promote teachers to consciously improve their professional level,scientific research ability and overall level.Improve the post-service education mechanism of sport-dancing teachers.Post-service training for teachers is an important way to improve the teaching staff,and also the need for better development of sport-dancing major in universities.Colleges and universities should regularly organize teacher training,understand the basic situation of teachers,improve the post-service training system according to the situation of teachers,formulate the teacher training plan and conduct training inspection.3.The school should increase financial support.First,it provides financial support to outstanding young teachers,encourages teachers to participate in more training related to the improvement of professional ability,scientific research ability and self-level ability,and attaches importance to the professional quality and professional level of teachers.Second,provide training opportunities for teachers inside and outside the school,encourage teachers to participate in the training,the school gives certain training funds and research funding support in teaching,training,competition,training,etc.Optimize the training strategy of sports dance teachers and improve the overall strength of the teachers.4.Improve research capability.We should strengthen the communication and learning among fresh and experienced teachers,combine new teaching forms and contents with teaching experience,and promote the rapid growth of young teachers.Encourage teachers in school to continue education,improve their educational level,enhance their scientific research ability,improve their comprehensive strength.5.Relevant departments timely revise and improve the laws and regulations on professional standards of physical education teachers,so as to make the formulation and implementation of professional teacher standards of various projects truly reliable and rule-based,and form a perfect professional standard of sport-dancing teachers.
