Verb-Resultative Construction is a complex and difficult grammar in the Chinese language grammar.Verb conjunctions are generally composed of predicate verbs and result complements.The first verb indicates the change and behavior of the action,while the later complement describes the result of the action and the action.In the teaching of Chinese as a second language,verb-conjunctive is a very important language point,and it is one of the most difficult Chinese grammar points for foreign students to master.Because there is no "complement" system in Arabic,coupled with the uniqueness,complexity and variability of verb-knot itself,it is difficult for Arabic students to acquire verb-knot.According to the current research on the acquisition of Chinese result complement,most of them are aimed at foreign students from Europe,America and Asian countries,while there are few studies on Arab students or African students.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the acquisition of Chinese verb conjunctions by Arabic Chinese learners.The research method used in this paper is an experimental method to test the primary,intermediate and advanced Chinese learners whose mother tongue is Arabic.The experimental results show that Chinese proficiency has a significant impact on the acquisition of Chinese verb conjunctions by Arabic native speakers,that is,with the improvement of Chinese proficiency,learners' acquisition accuracy of Chinese verb-resultative construction is gradually improved.At the same time,it is found that the causal-event framework also has an influence on the acquisition of verb-resultative construction.In the Arabic resultative construction related to the Chinese verb-resultative construction,if the predicate verbs of the Arabic language contain manner factor,then the acquisition of the verb-resultative construction of the independent expression of the result factor in the Arabic language is better than that of the fusion of the result factor.If the predicate verb of the Arabic language does not contain manner factor,there is no significant difference between the independent expression of the result factor and the fusion expression in the Arabic language.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward three suggestions for teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which are focusing on three specific aspects:nationalization,stages and classification,hoping to give some enlightenments to the teaching of Chinese as a second language.
