With the times of ‘INTERNET PLUS' and Knowledge Economy coming up,online course is the major trend in the future Chinese International Education.There are a number of video courses about teaching Chinese as a second language on the YOUTUBE abroad,which have gained considerable popularity.In comparison,online courses about Chinese teaching as a second language at home is still at a nascent stage.We aim to sum up the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese tutorial lessons on YOUTUBE,and combine them with the current domestic teaching situations;finally,we intend to come up with an online teaching mode which suits to domestic Chinese teaching.We've carefully selected Case 1 and Case 2 because the visual and auditory effect of video course can effectively improve the compound abilities of reading,listening and speaking,which could satisfy the requirements of the characteristics of multimodal teaching theory.Case 1 and Case 2 are transcribed from three aspects:visual mode,auditory mode and discourse mode,whose advantages and disadvantages are compared and analyzed as well.We based our video courses on these advantages combined with WeChat features,which are then publicized via WeChat Posts and get feedback from the interaction with users in community groups.We'll summarize the strength and weakness of this kind of WeChat course,which could contribute to the following online Chinese teaching courses in China.
