| Hong Li Appreciating Antiques is an mportant archaize painting in Qianlong period Similar paintings in composition and content include Song People Painting and Hong Li One or Two Works.The content of this study is roughly divided into three parts.Firstly,from two respectives of characters and study furnishings in the copy Song People Painting,this study explores the dual identity of the Song ideal literati embodied in the painting and get further analysis of the reasons for imitation.Then,it is a discussion about the painting Hong Li Appreciating Antiques.The bronzes,jade,porcelain and furniture in the painting are researched and verified,what's more,the cultural significance is explored.All of those draw a conclusion,that is this painting embodies Qianlong's idea of governing the country and his personal interest.At last,it is a comparative study between Hong Li Appreciating Antiques and Hong Li One or Two Works.This study discusses the image of Qianlong and the style of screen painting so as to discuss the reasons why Qianlong created similar paintings in different periods. |
