The homestay industry starts late in China,but it has gradually become a sunrise industry,which reflects people's demand for personalized aesthetics and services.With the continuous economic improvement,high-end homestay has become an excellent choice for leisure tourism.There are two main reasons.Firstly,although the traditional hotels are superior in terms of facilities and service quality,most of them lack the peculiar characteristic and humanistic feelings,and the decoration style is the same,which can not meet the aesthetic needs of some people.Secondly,the common homestay is mostly a family business model with strong local characteristics,but the high homogenization and lack of standardized management lead to poor accommodation experience.The high-end homestay therefore emerged,not only providing physical accommodation space for tourists with high-quality supporting facilities and services,but also satisfying the aesthetic needs of the audience groups who pursue the quality of life,advocate inner cultivation,and enjoy the visual spirit.This paper falls into four parts: the first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,explains why to choose this topic as the research object,and then explains the specific research methods and current research status;the second part introduces the specific concepts of "homestay" and "high-end homestay brand",and sorts out the image design positioning of the current high-end homestay brand so to provide for the follow-up design practice;the third part explains the form characteristics of high-end homestay brand design from the image design strategy and performance characteristics,and provides tactical preparation for the design practice;the fourth part makes a detailed description of this design from brand positioning to the refining and transforming of visual symbols in the early stage of design,and then how to solve the problem of creative expression in practical operation and how to put forward the interactive marketing strategy;and finally,the author puts forward some viewpoints on the future development of high-end homestay brand on the basis of those practices.The paper combines theory with practice,corresponds problems with plans,hoping to provide reference for the design and development of high-end brand image of homestay.
