| Research Purposes:Through the intervention of Tai Chi,Square Dance and Walking exercise,this study clarifies the effect of Tai Chi and Square Dance exercise on the working memory function of female elderly people,expounds its influence mechanism,and discusses the different effects of these two exercise methods on the function of working memory.Then it provides the theoretical basis and practical basis for the elderly to participate in Tai Chi and Square Dance exercise.Research Methods:Through questionnaires and interviews,52 subjects who met the experimental conditions were screened,including 17 in the female elderly walking control group(control group),16 in the female elderly Tai Chi group(Tai Chi Group)and 19 in the female elderly Square Dance group(Square Dance Group).The Tai Chi group and the Square Dance group were tested for exercise intervention,Tai Chi and Square Dance exercise intervention cycle of 6 months,75 minutes each time,not less than 5 times a week,the control group was tested to maintain daily activities,at least 3 walk per week,each time exercise 30 minutes.Using the visual digital "N-back"experimental paradigm,the Arabic numeral 1-9,as a visual stimulation material,tested the "N-back" task before and after all the subjects’intervention,and balanced the reaction keys between the subjects.In the practice stage,the subjects are required to study,master the operation methods,to achieve 80%of the correct rate,to carry out formal testing.During the formal testing phase,the subjects were required to respond accurately and quickly to the stimulation,recording the behavioral data of the subjects and the ERP data at the same time as the task.After the behavioral results were statistically tested and the ERP was analyzed and statistically tested,the P1,N2,P3 peaks and incubation periods of the event-related potentials before and after the intervention of the three groups were compared,and the main analysis subjects were in 132~304ms and 246ms~628ms areas,The difference of the average amplitude of ERP induced by the central zone and the top zone.Research Results:1,before and after the intervention,the control group 1-back,2-back task accuracy rate,response time difference is not significant(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in the 1-back task rate and response time of Tai Chi Group(p>0.05),and the difference of 2-back task accuracy(p<0.05)and reaction time(p<0.05)was significant.There was no significant difference in the correct rate of 1-back task in the Square Dance Group(p>0.05),the difference of 1-back task response(P<0.001)was significant,and the difference of 2-back task accuracy(p<0.05)and reaction time(p<0.05)was significant.2.After 6 months of intervention,the correct rate of 1-back task in Tai Chi group was higher than that of control group(p<0.05).The 1-back task response of the Square Dance group was shorter than that of the control group and the Tai Chi group(p<0.001,p<0.01).The correct rate of 2-back task in Tai Chi Group and Square Dance group was higher than that in control group(p<0.05,p<0.05).The Square Dance group 2-back The task response shorter than the control group(p<0.05).3.The P3 amplitude of CZ(p<0.05)and PZ(p<0.05)electrodes at the pre-and post-2-back tasks of the control group increased.The N2 amplitude of FZ electrode increased(p<0.05)in the pre-and post-1-back tasks of Tai Chi group,and the N2 amplitude of CZ electrode increased(p<0.001).The N2 amplitude of CZ electrode increased(p<0.05)in 2-back task,and the P3 amplitude of pz electrode increased(p<0.01).The latency of CZ electrode P3 decreased(p<0.05)in 1-back mission.In the pre-and post-1-back tasks of the Square Dance group,the P3 amplitude of the FZ electrode increased(p<0.01),the N2 amplitude of the CZ electrode decreased(p<0.01),the P3 amplitude increased(p<0.001),and PZ the P3 amplitude of the electrode increased(p<0.05).The N2 amplitude of the FZ electrode decreased(p<0.001)in the 2-back task,the N2 amplitude of the CZ electrode decreased(p<0.001),the P3 amplitude increased(p<0.001),and the pz amplitude of the P3 electrode increased(p<0.05).Research Conclusions:1、Behavioral and ERP results show that there is a decline in working memory function in the elderly,and with the increase of age,the function of working memory decreases.2、Tai Chi and Square Dance exercise can delay the decline of the working memory function of the elderly.Tai Chi and Square Dance exercises can make the early matching of working memory,call more attention resources in the process of judgment,accelerate the evaluation of stimulation,and allocate more cognitive resources.3、Tai Chi and Square Dance two kinds of exercise methods may have different effects on the different sub-components of working memory functions in the elderly. |
