On The Revitalization Of Rural Culture In Yanan-Ansai District From The Perspective Of Marxist Culture

Prosperity in agriculture leads to prosperity in the country,prosperity in the peasants leads to prosperity in the world,and stability in the countryside leads to a sound foundation.Culture is the soul of a nation and the root of the prosperity of a country.China is a country with a relatively large agricultural population.It is of far-reaching significance to rejuvenate rural culture and boost rural economy for the realization of the Chinese dream.Since the 19 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed a strategy of rural rejuvenation.Among them,cultural revitalization as rural revitalization to provide spiritual impetus,was mentioned for the first time,shoulder the mission of promoting the overall development of rural areas.After the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the strategy of revitalizing rural culture was launched in an all-round way in our country.In the process of building the "Xiaokang" in an all-round way,great efforts were made to construct the value system of socialist ideology,give full play to the role of policy guidance in ideological construction,and effectively evade the problems existing in the development of rural culture.However,due to the obvious differences between urban and rural development,the relatively backward rural culture has become the main obstacle to the revitalization of rural areas.Therefore,based on the understanding of "cultural economy" and "economic culture",the research on the revitalization of rural culture has entered a new height.As a theoretical extension of Marxist Cultural Outlook,the theory of the revitalization of rural culture is a further extension of Comrade Xi Jinping's sinicization of Marxism and another theoretical guidance in the practical exploration of practicing socialism with Chinese characteristics,it provides the scientific theory support for the rural culture revitalization construction.This paper takes the revitalization of the rural culture of Ansai District in Yan 'an as the research object,using the methods of literature research,field survey and comparative study.Through the field investigation in Ansai District of Yan 'an,we know that Ansai District has made active and effective exploration and practice in the revitalization of rural culture,such as the obvious accumulation of Rural Cultural Foundation and the gradual emergence of the role of the city as a model for rural culture.However,some problems of symbiosis are also quite obvious,especially the lack of understanding of the revitalization of rural culture,the lack of long-term scientific planning,the insufficient policy guidance and guarantee,the poor management system,the lack of professional personnel leading the process,and the shortage of personnel,poor revitalization effect,lack of sustainable development.The purpose of this paper is to make a thorough analysis and comprehensive judgment of the investigation materials,and to make a careful analysis of the root causes of the problems and the constraints on their development by referring to relevant literature,from the perspectives of system planning,environment construction,co-construction mechanism,personnel training and brand culture,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the revitalization of Ansai District rural culture in Yan 'an.Based on the Marxist view of culture,this paper makes an in-depth study of the problems and causes of the revitalization of rural culture in Ansai District,and applies the theory of Marxist view of culture flexibly to the revitalization of rural culture in Ansai District,it is hoped that it can shed some light on the process of rural revitalization and construction in Ansai District and Shanbei.
