With the implementation and advancement of the new curriculum and the new course reform,our country has put forward the high demand to the elementary and middle school teacher's business quality and the knowledge level,in the face of the current education system and form,the teacher training has been improving teachers quality,one of the important ways to improve the teaching quality of education,and the present status of the training in China is very weak,it is difficult to do with the education demand..This paper takes the actual situation of primary school English teachers in Heilongjiang province as the main Guppe,and makes a careful analysis on the case of S-culture unit,and puts forward some suggestions on the problems existing in the Guppe of primary school English teachers according to the relevant educational policies and regulations in China,and strengthens the research on primary English teachers Guppe."Guppe plan" is beneficial to improve the overall level of English teachers 'teaching in primary schools,through the further training of the national Culture Unit,the primary school English teachers can further improve their professional quality and moral level according to their work and their own development needs,so as to make contribution to the further development of our country's educational cause.This paper mainly studies the Guppe situation of primary school English teachers in Heilongjiang province,and by using the methods of consulting related literatures,interviews and questionnaires,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of English teachers'Guppe in primary schools in Heilongjiang Province from five aspects of training purposes,contents,methods,teachers and evaluation.The corresponding solutions are put forward according to the existing problems.Analysis:Only in primary school English teacher training clear training objectives,and the combination of theory and practice,enrich training methods,establish rewards and punishments mechanism,pay attention to training assessment,can fundamentally improve the level of primary school English teacher training.Primary school is the foundation of one's study,so it is urgent to pay more attention to the teaching ability of teachers and strengthen the training of English teachers in primary schools.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:First,the trainees do not have a clear curriculum training objectives,affecting the effectiveness of the training.Secondly,the theory and practice of training content design are difficult to combine,and there is no better improvement of teachers' quality.Third,the training method is unreasonable,which affects the participation of teachers in training.Fourth,The teacher ration and the teachers ' needs are inconsistent,which affects the training effect.Fifth,The evaluation of the Training Unit is not accurate,which affects the further development of training.Based on the above conclusions,the recommendations are as follows:first,clear training objectives,enhance the effectiveness of training.Second,theory and practice,enhance training pertinence.Third,improve training methods,increase the attractiveness of training.The establishment of reward and punishment mechanism and strengthening of teachers' strength.In-depth understanding of training practice,increase evaluation accuracy.
