HRBP(HR BUSINESS PARTNER)refers to the human resource managers assigned to the business department to help complete the strategic objectives and business indicators of the enterprise and business department.In recent years,L company has been developing continuously.Taking L company as the research object,this paper analyses the challenges faced by the traditional six modules.Combining with the interviews of senior managers,the questionnaire survey of employee satisfaction and the actual operation situation,it determines the direction of HR change.The management practice of HRBP human resources business partners is the difficulty and focus of this change.In this paper,the strategy and role orientation of HRBP are determined,its responsibilities and rights are defined,the HRBP competency model of L company is determined,the three-stage promotion plan is planned,and the HRBP job training system and performance appraisal scheme are established according to the enterprise needs and competency model.The research results of this paper,HRBP management practice has proved that it has achieved preliminary results in the construction of corporate culture,the transmission and feedback of institutional processes,business assistance,employee relations and so on.For such a new management system,many enterprises cannot replicate.This paper is based on the research of L company,trying to find a case of HRBP management that can be replicated and applied for small and medium-sized Internet companies,to prove that the practical experience of HRBP is a feasible new human resource management side for the literary and creative industry.At the same time,it also proves that HRBP will lead the development trend in the field of human resources in China.
