Since the new century, the process of economic globalization has accelerated the change of the living environment of enterprises.Enterprises should often use measures such as restructuring institutions and layoffs, which will inevitably make employees feel insecure.Job insecurity is the subjective feeling of employees when the job itself or the continuity of the job is threatened.Previous studies mostly discussed the impact of job insecurity on the individual level of the organization, and less focused on the "spillover effect" of job insecurity, that is,the impact of employees' own job insecurity has spread from one field(such as work field)to other fields(such as family field). As an important family member, the children who grow up in the family become the focus of attention in the spillover effect. As a basic personality trait, core self-evaluation is closely related to adolescents' mental health.Achievement motivation and stress will affect core self-evaluation.So when employees feel insecure at work, what kind of impact will it have on the core self-evaluation of their growing children? If there is an effective relationship between the two, what kind of mechanism is it.On the basis of previous studies, from the perspective of resource conservation theory and social learning theory, this study explores the relationship between employees' job insecurity and their children's core self-evaluation,and further discusses the mediating role of children's psychological security and the regulating role of parents' identity. In this study,673 employees and their children of a state-owned post company in Shandong Province were selected as subjects. The data were processed and analyzed by spss20.0 and amos20.0,using the job insecurity scale, the Core Self-evaluation Scale, the psychological security scale and the parental identity scale as measurement tools. The data were analyzed by variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other data analysis methods The relationship and mechanism between parents' job insecurity, psychological security, parents' identity and their children's core self-evaluation were discussed. The conclusion is as follows:(1)There is a significant negative correlation between parents' job insecurity and their children's core self-evaluation and psychological security;parents' job insecurity can effectively and negatively predict their children's core self-evaluation and psychological security;there is a significant positive correlation between children's psychological security and core self-evaluation,and children's psychological security can effectively and positively predict their core self-evaluation;(2)Psychological security plays a part of intermediary role between parents' job insecurity and children's core self-evaluation.(3)Parental identity plays a moderating role in the path of the influence of parents' job insecurity on their children's psychological security.
