A Study On Extracurricular Reading For Chinese Students In Primary Stage

With the improvement of China's economic level and the increase of international influence,more and more foreign students come to China to study Chinese,and all kinds of colleges and universities in China have also begun to recruit foreign students.According to the author's contact and observation with foreign students in China,in the aspect of Chinese extracurricular reading,students,teachers and schools have not fully understood the important role of Chinese extracurricular reading,and the needs of students' Chinese extracurricular reading have not been fully satisfied.Therefore,according to the actual situation,this paper investigates the situation of Chinese extra-curricular reading of students in the primary stage of Zibo Vocational College,in order to understand the specific situation of students' extra-curricular reading of Chinese The situation,from the students,teachers,school and Chinese reading materials and reading materials and other aspects of analysis,found that the primary stage of Chinese students Chinese reading problems,and put forward their own suggestions for the existing problems.This paper first introduces the reasons and objectives of the topic,as well as the current situation of reading research in Chinese as a foreign language,including the current situation of reading research in Chinese as a foreign language,the importance of reading after-class,the survey of primary Chinese learners' reading after-class and interviews with teachers,through the investigation and interview analysis,it is found that students have a high enthusiasm for Chinese reading after-class,but notreflected in specific practical actions;teachers and schools have not paid enough attention to Chinese reading after-class,there are deficiencies in the construction of public infrastructure;and many Chinese extracurricular reading materials and materials are not graded.clarity,etc.In view of the problems found in the investigation and analysis,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of students,teachers,schools,writers of Chinese extracurricular reading materials and publishing houses.The specific suggestions for foreign students include correcting bad reading habits,setting up a long-term consciousness of insisting on extracurricular reading;overcoming the negative psychology of "laziness ";learning to use a variety of learning resources;not only asking students to pay attention to the positive role of Chinese extracurricular reading in thought,but also putting concrete actions into action to carry out Chinese extracurricular reading activities.From the point of view of teachers,teachers should give full play to their important role and actively guide students to carry out various kinds of activities Chinese extracurricular reading activities to help students choose suitable Chinese reading materials or reading materials.School suggestions include improving infrastructure,setting up "reading bookshelves ",incorporating extracurricular reading into teaching plans,making full use of book resources to meet students' reading needs.The suggestions for writers and publishing houses include compiling Chinese extracurricular reading materials with various subjects,compiling a small number of exercises and thinking questions,compiling practical reading partsrelated to students' life,consolidating students' new knowledge,improving students' reading ability and independent thinking ability,and helping foreign students to better adapt to Chinese society.Recommendations for publishing houses include publishing points The most important thing is that the publishing house should make full use of the current advanced scientific and technological means to speed up the development and promotion of the online "cloud library" and open up new fields with new technology.
