Lacquer ware is one of the great inventions of China ancient ancestors and plays an important role in the glorious history of Chinese civilization.Due to the archaeological lacquer relics buried in a complex environment.which is subject to a number of factors such as temperature and humidity when the original buried environment is destroyed.If the cultural relics are not effectively protected as soon as possible,it will lead to the accelerated deterioration and even extinction.This paper takes the lacquer film on the surface of archaeological lacquer ware as the research object.The text consists of four parts:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of the research on the protection of lacquerware cultural relics;lacquerware cultural relics have a brilliant history in China.By combing its development process,we can understand the current domestic and international protection research hotspot and status quo,summarize the application principles and process characteristics of the existing protective materials,and comprehensively analyze the difficulties in the protection of the paint film on the surface of fragile lacquerware cultural relics,This paper discusses the causes of the diseases of the fragile paint film,the mechanism of reinforcement and protection,the influencing factors of the key technologies of preventive protection and the key research aspects.(2)Based on clarifying the composition,microstructure,physical and chemical properties of raw lacquer and the influence of buried environment,combined with relevant research literature,the samples of unearthed lacquer were analyzed by Fourier infrared spectrometer,micro Raman spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,laser confocal microscope and other instruments The results show that the main components of the paint film are lacquer and tung oil,and the mineral pigment cinnabar is added as the color developing agent.pigment cinnabar is added as the color developing agent.The main types of defects of the deteriorated paint film are: holes,cracks,shrinkage and warping,bulge and defect.On the one hand,the long term impact of the underground environment causes the change of the paint components,which leads to the deterioration of the paint film performance,on the other hand The different process of the top coat film also has an performance,on the other hand The different process of the top coat film also has an effect on the deterioration of the film.It provides the basis for the selection of paint film reinforcement materials,the design of reinforcement experiments and the analysis of reinforcement mechanism.(3)The research on the reinforcement of the deteriorating paint film has been carried out.According to the application results of the typical protective materials for lacquer,three kinds of materials,such as Paraloid B72,ethyl silicate and acrylic acid complex gel(AMC),are used as reinforcing materials for the deterioration of the paint film.The thermal analyzer,universal material testing machine and color difference instrument were used to test,and the changes of color appearance,mechanical strength,chemical properties and microstructure of different materials before and after the reinforcement of degraded paint film were compared.The protective effects of three reinforcement materials were analyzed i n detail,and the mechanism of AMC reinforcement materials was discussed.(4)Transparent materials and matching devices for the preventive protection of fragile lacquerware have been developed.For lacquerware in poor unearthed state,which has no carcass support and only has curly and cracked paint film,in order to further solve the problems of film finalization,development and storage,the concept of embedding protection for fragile lacquerware cultural relics has been put forward for the first time,and the applicable transparent embedding has been developed Materials and matching devices can solve the problems of preservation,exhibition and research of carcass free lacquerware cultural relics,and provide a new method for the protection of fragile lacquerware cultural relics.
