Evaluation And Analysis Of Application Of Replacement Materials Based On The Concept Of Protection And Restoration Of Bronze

Bronze,as a treasure of the Chinese nation,is an important part of the treasure of human cultural heritage,and has important cultural and artistic research value.In the thousands of years of history,the bronze wares have been broken and damaged to varying degrees under the influence of various factors.In order to repair the broken bronze wares,a mature replacement repair process has gradually formed from ancient times to the present,and a variety of bronze ware replacements have appeared material.In the repair process of bronzes,the selection and application of replacement materials is the key to the repair and restoration of bronzes.However,the improper selection of replacement materials not only affects the repair effect,but also causes harm to the bronzes themselves.Therefore,the scientific and systematic evaluation of the performance and application of supplementary materials is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,this paper first analyzes the research status of bronze replacement materials and finds out the existing problems,and summarizes the existing replacement materials and processes.On the basis of the protection and restoration concepts and principles of bronze,it proposes "durability" "Evaluation","Matching","Reversibility","Technology","Efficiency","Environmental Friendly",and "Economy",and compare the specific performance of the supplementary materials according to the evaluation factors.Then combined with AHP,Delphi method and weighted average method to establish a complete comprehensive evaluation system of supplementary materials.Bronze defect types are divided into structural defects and non-structural defects.According to the index requirements of different defect types on materials,the established evaluation system is used to evaluate the five typical supplementary materials respectively,and the results are consistent with the materials.The actual application proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the established evaluation system in the application evaluation of bronze replacement materials.The comprehensive evaluation system for bronze replacement materials not only provides effective guidance for restorers in the selection and application of replacement materials,but also provides a reference direction for the introduction and development of new replacement materials,as well as other restoration materials for bronze.The scientific evaluation provides important scientific basis and theoretical methods...
