Study On The Model Of Cooking Funerary Objects Unearthed From Tang Tomb

In Sui and Tang Dynasty,a large number of burial objects such as warrior figurines,tomb guarding beast and gold and silver wares were found,which reflected the difference of status.The proportion of cooking funerary objects unearthed of model wares(hereinafter referred to as cooking model wares)popular in Han and Wei Dynasty was declining.The funerary objects are one of the bases that can best reflect the social life at that time.It is very important to find out the reasons for the decline of the cooking funerary objects unearthed of model for studying the social life,and the changes of the concept of funerary at that time.This paper is divided into five chapters to study the model of cooking funerary objects unearthed in Tang tombs:The first chapter is the introduction,mainly to determine the research scope and related concepts of this paper,to introduce the general situation of the unearthed kitchen model and the summary of research results.The second chapter mainly collects and arranges the archeological data of the cooking model,and analyzes the different regional characteristics of the cooking model according to the two regions in the north and the south.The number of funerary objects in the north is obviously more than those in the south.At the same time,based on the historical documents,through the analysis of the food structure and grain structure in the South and north of Tang Dynasty,the reasons that influence the differences of regional characteristics of cooking model are discussed.It is found that there are more rice planting areas in the south,more millet and wheat planting areas in the north.In the north,there are square cookers and in the south,there are cymbiform cookers.The southern mill model is usually with grinding frame and funnel-shaped acceptor.In the third chapter,the paper discusses the history of the Tang Dynasty cooking funerary objects model.The number and type of the Tang Dynasty cooking funerary objects model are less than that of Han and Wei dynasty,which should be regarded as the legacy custom in Han and Wei dynasty.In addition,through the analysis of the tomb owner's identity of the unearthed cooking model,this paper studies whether the cooking model has been popularized to the common people.The time course of its decline can be outlined by discussing the age of the cooking model.The fourth chapter discusses the reasons for the decline of the model of cooking funerary objects in Tang Dynasty,and analyzes the changes of diet structure and funeral concept reflected in it.The cooking funerary objects model is the real reflection of real life.Through the study of this kind of model,we can not only understand the food types of people in Tang Dynasty,but also study the changes of funeral ideas in Tang Dynasty.The fifth chapter is the Conclusion.
